Beverly Jean LLC Shipping Policy

Please read before purchasing to gain a full understanding of our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipping Costs:

Special Events

You are responsible for paying the shipping cost if order total is under $75. 

Orders under $75 are required to pay a Standard Shipping Rate of $8.


Free Shipping will be provided to you if the minimum purchasing total of $75 is met. 


Free shipping can be offered during an Online Event, allowing you to have access to shipping no matter what the cart total is. 

Free shipping will be either: 

  • given through a promo code. In this case, promo codes will be provided in an email or displayed on website where you will manually type in the promo code on the Check Out Page or
  • automatically applied to your cart

** Online events have expiration dates. Only orders placed during the event time frame will qualify for this type of free shipping.

 

Note:

Before placing order, please always make sure that the shipping is the right amount. It is your responsibility to make sure this is correct at checkout.

Sometimes technical errors happen. If you met the qualifications for free shipping and it still wants to charge you, contact us on our Contact Us Page.

If you qualify for free shipping, but realizes after order is placed that it did not apply free shipping, Contact Us and we will review the order. If we see you were wrongly charged, you will be provided with store credit. 

 

Processing and Transit Time

Processing time and transit time are not the same.

Our processing time, which includes receiving and fulfilling order(s), and handing off the package(s) to the mail carrier, is 1-3 business day. 

Example: If an order is placed at 5 PM on a Friday, we will not begin processing until the following Monday. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped between that Monday-Wednesday, when processing begins.

Delivery Dates are not guaranteed. Mail carriers can be impacted by weather and unexpected events. Because of this, days in transit are an estimate and can change. 

We are not responsible for package(s) delays in transit resulting in late deliveries. No shipping refunds will be provided if package(s) are delivered later than the expected date of arrival.

You can contact USPS directly if your package(s) are not delivered on time.

Stolen or Lost Packages

After mail carrier scans package(s), we are not responsible for any package(s) stolen or lost. 

     Stolen Packages

Once mail carriers confirm delivery of order, it is your responsibility to secure your package(s). We will not issue any refunds or replace order(s) if the package(s) is stolen. Contact the carrier regarding your package. 

     Lost Packages

If the package is lost in transit, please contact us on our Contact Us Page. Once you notify us, we will follow the proper steps to file a claim with the mail carrier. An investigation will be completed into looking for your package. If no package is located, we will either issue a refund or reship item(s) lost. 

It is the customers’ responsibility to track their package(s). We do not keep track of 1) delivery dates, 2) changes to delivery dates (early or postponed), and 3) the location of package(s) in transit.

Tracking information will be sent to the email you provided us with on the Checkout Page. To view tracking information, follow the directions in the email and click the link or go to the Shipping Carrier's website and type or copy and paste your tracking number into the spot provided. 

 

Returns

Items that qualify for returns (Review: Return Policy) can be shipped back at no cost to you. Once approved a shipping label will be provided. Damaged and/or sale items are included in non-returnable items. 

Please read our return policy before returning items to ensure you know our return policy rules and how to begin the return process. The Return Policy can be found on the website footer.
