Please read through our Return Policy to better understand our return rules and process.
What items can be returned?

Return Requirements
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, returns will not be accepted.
Items must be returned in perfect condition. Returns will not be accepted if:
- clothing tags are missing,
- and if clothing items or shoes are damaged (holes, rips, snags, etc.)
- has an odor
- has been worn
- washed
- and has marks or stains (scuffs, makeup, food, drinks, ink, etc.)
Returns have to be approved and inspected before refunds or store credit is given.
Shipping
Items that qualify for returns can be shipped back at no cost to you. Once approved a shipping label will be provided. Please ship back within 14 days or returns will not be accepted.
Refund or store credit
Beverly Jean LLC has two return option:
- Customer can return item(s) for store credit.
- Customers can return item(s) for a refund.
We do not offer exchanges.
How to Submit a return request:
Click the profile icon in the store's menu (top, right corner, located by the shopping cart), or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. - Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store. Please list if you would like store credit or a refund.
- Click "Request return".
- Once approved, a shipping label will be emailed to the email you have provided at checkout. Some customers' emails have been found in their spam folder. Please check to make sure the email was not delivered to spam or promotional.
- Follow the shipping instructions below and ship the item(s).
- Items will go through an inspection process upon arrival. If return is approved, store credit or refund will be issued. Please allow up to one week for store credit or refund to be transferred into your account.
Shipping Instructions:
Please include the packing slip inside the package with your return items. The packing slip is the paper delivered with your package and has your order information on it.
To help make sure your item arrives in the condition you sent it in, please wrap your item in the original tissue paper or other paper. (Do not use newspaper. It may leave ink residue on clothing items.)
Please make sure the return label is the only label on the outside of the box. If there are more than one, the return may be shipped back to you or be delayed due to the wrong label being scanned.
Shoes must be returned in its original shoe box. Please do not use the shoe box as the shipping box. A fee will added to the return if this happens.
Damaged Items
If the item you received is damaged please send a photo, order number, and summary of what is damaged to our email info@shopberverlyjean.com. All damaged items need to be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses do not qualify as damaged.
